General conditions of transportation- VEHICLES |

Le présent contrat est régi par la loi modifiée du 18 juin 1966 et ses décrets d'application, soit par la Convention Internationale de BRUXELLES du 25 août 1924, mais seulement dans les cas et limites où ces textes sont obligatoires pour les parties.Le transport des véhicules est effectué sans garantie de délais. Les dates d'escales du navire figurant dans les circulaires horaires ou avis de la Compagnie sont données à titre indicatif. La Compagnie se réserve le droit de charger les véhicules sur le navire prévu ou sur l'un des deux suivants, ainsi qu'en pontée sans en donner aucun avis préalable aux passagers. Il n'est pas dû de dommages et intérêts en cas de retard dans la livraison des véhicules, ni en cas d'immobilisation pour cause d'avaries.

COMMON PROVISIONS
a) All the limitations, exemptions and stipulations of the present contract concerning the liability of the Carrier also apply, if the case arises, to the liability of its agents, ships, employees and other representatives, and also to the liability, where it is involved, of the owners, agents, employees and other representatives of any ship substituted. b) The illegality or non-validity of a clause in any paragraph or stipulation of this contract does not invalidate or affect any other paragraph or stipulation of the said contract. c) The Tribunal of competent jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of the execution of this contract, even in the case of guarantee appeal, several defendants or related matters, is the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille. The passenger declares his acceptance of this jurisdiction and shall refrain from taking action against the Company before any other court. |

IMPORTANT
When this ticket is used for a carrier other than SNCM, the general conditions of Transportation are those of the carrier concerned, that the passenger is assumed to know and accept, the SNCM in this case acts solely as authorised agent of the actual carrier.
